DESCRIPTION
SUMMIT SCFU1510 is an upright commercial freezer designed to store and display products under the ideal conditions. This full-sized unit offers 13 cu.ft. of storage capacity inside the frost-free interior. Five adjustable cantilevered shelves allow users to accommodate a variety of sizes for the most conducive display, with interior LED lighting to keep all items in view. The SCFU1510 has a white cabinet and self-closing glass door, ideal for any busy commercial setting. The illuminated canopy box can be customized with user’s own branded decals. A digital thermostat allows easy temperature adjustment, with a range designed to best operate between 0 and 5ºF. Heavy duty casters offers smooth mobility. The SCFU1510 is ETL-S listed to NSF standards for use in commercial settings. With its low maintenance design and user-friendly features, this model is ideal for storing and displaying sorbet, water ice, and other frozen treats ideally served at 0ºF.
