SUMMIT ACCUCOLD™ VLT series includes user friendly chest and compact laboratory freezers capable of reaching -35°C.

The VLT1750IB is a commercially approved chest freezer with a large 17 cu.ft. storage capacity. It is conveniently featured with a front-mounted lock for security and a precision digital thermostat to provide the most ease and accuracy in temperature management. Counter-balanced hinges and corner protectors add to the safety of the exterior. Manual defrost ensures that vaccines, pharmaceuticals, or even frozen foods remain under the ideal storage conditions.

All of our "IB" models feature a unique ice bank. Composed of non-toxic 'blue' ice for maximum temperature stability, this feature protects contents from thawing for several hours in the event of a power outage.
