With a generous interior capacity, the SCF1476 provides ample storage space for large tubs. Manual defrost operation and a high quality fan-cooled compressor keeps sorbet and other frozen treats at the perfect serving temperature between 0º and 20ºF in an easy-to-clean hammered aluminum interior. This unit is ETL-S listed to NSF standards for use in commercial foodservice establishments.
The SCF1476 includes a sliding glass lid complete with a keyed lock and sturdy casters for easy mobility. This unit also ships with two wire baskets for storing novelty frozen goods.
