SUMMIT's deluxe dipping cabinets provide the ideal conditions for displaying and serving sorbet and other frozen treats.

The SCF1076GDC is a 42 1/2" wide commercial dipping cabinet. It ships fully assembled with a tempered glass sneezeguard finished with a stainless steel worktop and light for added visibility. The sliding glass lid includes a keyed lock. A digital thermostat is standard on this model for achieving the perfect serving temperature between 0º and 20ºF.

A fan-cooled compressor ensures even temperature inside the manual defrost hammered aluminum interior. Additional features include sturdy casters and a side drain for easy defrosting. We offer you the choice of three ice cream tub holders or two gelato pan holders to best meet your service needs.
