SUMMIT SCF1076 is a flat top commercial freezer designed to serve sorbet and other frozen treats.
With a generous interior capacity of 10.6 c.f., the SCF1076 provides ample storage space for large tubs. Manual defrost operation and a high quality fan-cooled compressor keeps the temperature stable in an easy-to-clean hammered aluminum interior. This unit is ETL-S listed to NSF standards for use in commercial foodservice establishments and designed to operate at temperatures between 0º and 20ºF.
The SCF1076 includes a sliding glass lid complete with a keyed lock and sturdy casters for easy mobility. This unit also ships with two wire baskets for storing novelty frozen goods.
