SUMMIT’s FF7LBIPUB Series features built-in Pub Cellars™ designed to store ale and red wine under the ideal conditions in commercial settings.
Using a precision digital thermostat, the FF7LBLBIPUBFR follows a European style by maintaining a warmer temperature (operating between 50º and 65ºF) than the common refrigerator. This allows you to savor the fullest flavor from your drinks, particularly red wine and darker ales. This unit uses low maintenance automatic defrost and includes our "hidden evaporator" design for easier cleaning. The interior includes adjustable glass shelves and a light with an on/off rocker switch.
Sized with a 24" footprint, the FF7LBLBIPUBFR is front-breathing for built-in installation under counters but can also be used freestanding. It has a fully finished black cabinet and a reversible door with a factory installed lock for added security. A two-piece stainless steel door frame accepts slide-in panels (panel size: 28" H x 23" W)and includes a pro style handle. This unit is ETL-S listed to NSF-7 standards for commercial establishments and is not intended for household use.
