DESCRIPTION
SUMMIT's deluxe dipping cabinets provide the ideal conditions for displaying and serving sorbet and other frozen treats. The SCF1076PDC is a 42 1/2" wide commercial dipping cabinet. It ships fully assembled with a polycarbonate sneezeguard finished with a stainless steel worktop. The sliding glass lid includes a keyed lock. A digital thermostat ensures easy temperature management. Inside, the SCF1076PDC utilizes a fan-cooled compressor for evenly distributed temperature throughout the manual defrost hammered aluminum interior. Additional features include sturdy casters and a side drain for easy defrosting. With advanced features and a thoughtful design, SUMMIT's SCF1076PDC is constructed for true quality with unmatched convenience.
